You can choose from the following festival passes,
which cover the costs of Pangonia 2024:
Full Pass (incl. camping) - Regular Price > 170€
Enjoy the full festival experience over all four days with one festival pass. Want to pitch your tent with us? No problem! This pass includes a spot on the festival grounds for your tent, as well as daily breakfast.
Please note that there are generally no pitches for campers/motorhomes/caravans/vans on the festival grounds and its direct surroundings. If you have special reasons (e.g. babies/small children) and must arrive with a camper, please contact us before purchasing your festival pass.
Full Pass (incl. camping) - Early Bird > 150€ (sold out)
For the early birds among you, we are offering a total of 40 "Full Passes (incl. camping)" at a reduced cost contribution until March 31st, 2024. This way, you also help us to plan the festival more securely.
Full Pass (ohne / without camping) > 140€
Staying at home, with friends in the area, in a hotel, or perhaps in a holiday apartment? Great! You can book this festival pass. This relieves our limited tent spaces. Daily breakfast is still included - so you can start the day relaxed together with the others.
Full Pass (Children 6-13 years) > 85€
Full Pass (Children 0-5 years) > Free (not available online)
We are a family-friendly festival where everyone can have a great time together. Children up to six years get free entry - please reach out to us at tickets@pangonia.de to get the free festival pass. Children up to 13 years only pay the reduced cost contribution of 85€.
Day Pass > 30-60€
Only want to be there on one of the festival days? Then the day pass is the right choice for you! Enjoy the concerts, workshops, and the entire festival program on the respective festival day. As the program varies depending on the day of the week, the day passes have different prices. Breakfast is not included with these festival passes.
Please note:
> You will receive the exact venue details shortly before the event via e-mail.
> All festival passes, with the exception of breakfast, do not include drinks and meals. This way, you can decide individually how you want to cater for yourself and how much you want to spend on food and drinks. We are currently still checking options for catering and evening meals. Drinks are available at the bar. Drinking water is, of course, available free of charge at all times.
> Parking near the festival grounds is very limited. Therefore, please travel by public transport whenever possible and use Park & Ride options if necessary.
> The festival passes are personalized. A name change is only possible in exceptional cases and upon request. Please contact tickets@pangonia.de in such cases.
> Please understand that a return or exchange of festival passes is excluded. Only this way we can securely plan with you. ♥️
> We reserve the right to make short-term changes to the festival program.
How to book your festival pass:
You can find all passes at the bottom of this page in our shop. Payment of the respective cost contribution is made via classic SEPA bank transfer. Please understand that the order is only completed, if we receive the payment in due time. As soon as the money arrives in our account, you will receive your festival pass by e-mail within a few days. This may take up to seven days.
If, in exceptional cases, a bank transfer is not possible for you, please contact us directly at tickets@pangonia.de, so that we can find a solution together.
During the ordering process, you will receive several e-mails from our partner ticket@111000111.de with all the information. Please check your SPAM folder if necessary.
IMPORTANT: You must confirm your order by clicking on the link in the first e-mail. Only then will your order be valid.
Get involved:
Become a volunteer, get involved and be in the middle of the action instead of just attending, and relieve both us and your wallet. We are still looking for participants to help us with the festival execution. Depending on the extent of your support, we can refund part of the festival pass cost contribution to you afterwards.

Pangonia Festival 2024 is the non-profit summer celebration of PANTOPIA e.V., according to its purpose: PANTOPIA e.V. creates a forum for encounters, promotes the joint playing of handpans and other instruments and the exchange between musicians, manufacturers and interested parties.
Pangonia Festival 2024 is a private event to gather PANTOPIA e.V. members, the Berlin and international Handpan Community and people who feel connected to it. Everyone is responsible for their own actions and will participate at their own risk.
